Hi, I’m Julianne Harvey.
I created Tough Conversations Made Easy after years of avoiding, over-explaining, and walking away from conversations feeling shaky or resentful.
Eventually, I realised: it wasn’t about having the right words. It was about getting clear on what mattered and having tools to speak from that place.
Now I teach emotionally intelligent women how to speak from alignment instead of anxiety.
